Very good food, very good service. You are welcome and served by the chef in person. The celar is impressive with a very large choice of wines. The terrasse is nice and quiet.We tried the beef steak which was absolutely excellent serced with a local Rosé..it was I strongly recommend this restaurant.

This tavern tucked away in the middle of a small village in Alentejo is the best option for a typical Alentejo lunch.The food is extraordinarily well prepared and extremely tasty. The typical dishes are different from most Alentejo restaurants.A visit to this restaurant is a must for anyone who enjoys good food! I recommend booking a table as the restaurant is small.The only negative thing about the restaurant is that it does not have soft drinks. According to the owner of the restaurant, the concept of the restaurant is to only sell water, wine and beer. However, it should have soft drinks, since I, for example, do not drink alcohol.

Very beautiful, typical space, good service, attentive staff, good wine selection although a little expensive, food with good presentation and good flavors. I will come back.

Excellent authentic regional food, very kind service by owners.We can recomend the “feijoada de pato” ( duck with white beans) and “Faisão a escabeche” (pheasent). Try the delicious “encharcada” a sweet made of egg yolk, very tasty.
